Welcome to Track Maps, we're so glad you're here!

A few things:

 

Returns and Refunds:

- We print and frame these to-order, so all sales are final.

- Due to the custom nature of these orders, we are unable to accept returns.

- If there's a manufacturing issue with your order, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy!

 

Shipping:

- Shipping times do not factor in the production time for each print and frame. Normal production time takes around a week, however it may take up to two weeks.

- Our goal is to always get you your track map as quickly as possible. C'mon, we love speed! That being said, we recommend that if you're ordering this as a gift for someone, to get your order in well-before the date you're going to need it to be delivered just to be safe. 

 

New Tracks?!:

- If you don't see your favorite track, reach out to us here and request it. If there's enough demand we're happy to create it and put it into production.

- We're constantly adding new tracks to the site, so be sure to check in often.

 

Privacy Policy:

Track Maps values the privacy of our customers & website visitors. We will never sell or distribute confidential customer information. 

When you visit our website, we may collect the following data:

  • Your IP address.
  • Your contact information and email address.
  • Other information such as interests and preferences.
  • Data profile regarding your online behavior on our website.

This data is used to help better understand our customers & serve their needs. It is not and will never be distributed externally, sold, publicized, or otherwise made available.
